in 1978. Throughout the years Dazzlers has brought you the greatest range of 14kt
gold jewelry, diamonds, and is soon to introduce a line of high end sterling silver.
With over thirty years experience, Dazzlers has proved over and over consistency
in quality, customer service, and innovative style.
Where are these products made?
Our exquisite line of diamond jewelry is crafted in various areas of Hong
Kong, China, and India.
What quality of diamonds are used?
Dazzlers offers you the finest diamonds possible. Our diamonds are S-I
clarity which contain slight inclusions, yet appear flawless to the naked eye, and
G-H color which means they are near colorless. Our diamonds are assured as conflict
free diamonds.
Are the Pearls fresh water or synthetic?
We use fresh water cultured pearls. Cultured pearls are
made by oysters or mollusks, usually are more expensive than imitation pearls, yet
we find the means to give you the lowest price you can find.
Do your products have a warranty?
We offer you a 30 day exchange warranty. If you recieved an item
which is defective, please contact us for instructions to exchange for a new item.
Can you size my ring for me?
Since our rings come in stock sizes-6, 7, or 8, we understand that
not everyone is your average person. When ordreing, please specify the ring size
so we can satisfy you and your customers needs. (If ring size is modified, allow
7-10 business days for sizing, but can take up to 4 weeks ).
What length chain is used for necklaces?
All of our necklaces come with chains varying in length of 16" to
18". We cannot guarantee the length of the chain you will receive.
Every individual necklace comes with its own chain.
Can I have any selected merchandise made in platinum, silver or a different
karat gold than stated in the description?
Dazzlers carries all items as stock items and not as special orders.
Therefore, all items shown on our site come as is and cannot be altered.
Can you customize jewelry for me?
We do not customize diamond jewelry, but we are able to change colored
stones on any ring or pendant. (Please allow 30 days for this type
of special order).
When ordering how long does it take to ship?
Ususally our orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time the order
is placed.
How do you ship your merchandise?
We always ship with UPS which offers you a choice of Ground, 3rd day, 2nd
day, or Next day shipping. UPS also offers Saturday delivery for selected zip
codes.
